Follow the instructions on the competition page to submit your free entry by post or online. Paid and free entries have equal chances of winning.

Yes! You can enter the same competition multiple times, just buy more tickets or submit separate free entry submissions, up to the maximum allowed for that competition.

Our competitions are open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over (unless otherwise stated on a specific competition page). You must be eligible under our Terms & Conditions to participate.

When a competition closes, the winner is chosen using a completely random selection method, typically with a verified random number generator or live draw system. Many of our draws are broadcast live on our social channels, check the competition details for date and time.

Each competition page clearly states the closing date and draw time. Draws always take place at the advertised time, even if the competition doesn’t sell out fully.

Winners will be contacted directly by email and/or phone shortly after the draw. We also usually publish the list of winners on our website and social media channels, so you can check there as well.

Once we’ve contacted you, we’ll arrange delivery of your prize. This could be by post, courier, or hand-delivered depending on the prize and location. We’ll confirm everything with you before sending.

Yes! Many draws are livestreamed on our social media pages so you can experience the excitement live. If there is a manual or automated draw instead of a live video, that will be explained on the competition page.

Even if not all tickets are sold, the draw will still go ahead at the scheduled time and a winner will be picked. All valid entries remain in the draw.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via a secure payment system. Your card details are processed securely, we don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
